From Arnhem/Nijmegen Amsterdam/The Hague:
Take the A12 West/West/East/East respectively.
Take exit Maarsbergen, direction Leersum, Doorn (N226 S)
At the roundabout in Leersum, take 3rd exit direction Leersum, Amerongen (N225 SE) and after 3.72 km at the roundabout in Amerongen, take the 3rd exit (Bergweg) NE.
Follow Bergweg for 1.66km and turn left at the sign Hazenberg, continue for some 200m to the On-In

Alternative route coming from Arnhem, Nijmegen, Wageningen:
Drive to Rhenen. In Rhenen, take N226 West towards Elst, Amerongen.
After some 9.83 km from the intersection with N233,
at the roundabout in Amerongen take 1st exit (Bergweg) NE. Follow Bergweg for 1.66km
and turn left at the sign Hazenberg, continue for some 200m to the On-In.
