Tram 16, 24, 4 or 25 to Weteringcircuit (trams all leave outside the east side of centraal station). Walk north on Vijzelgracht and hang an immediate right over the bridge.

If you must, park at the Transferium under the Amsterdam Arena and taken the metro to Weesperplein. Then walk west via Sarphatistraat and Weteringschans. After Café Kale hang a right and then left.
